Q |Will I have exclusive use of the bothy?
A | Yes

Q | Is the bothy near public transport?
A | It’s 3 miles from Haddington which has a regular bus services from Edinburgh and Berwick – it’s possible to take a taxi from there.

Q | What is your cancellation policy?
A | All cancellations must be notified in writing. If you cancel the booking more than 8 weeks before it is due to start you will receive a full refund minus any transaction charges incurred. If you cancel the booking less than 8 weeks before it is due to start, we will open the dates for rebooking - if the dates are subsequently rebooked you will receive a refund for the dates that have been rebooked minus any transaction charges incurred.

Q | Is fuel provided for the wood burning stove?
A | Yes, there is a supply of logs

Q | Is bedding provided?
A | We do not provide any bedding. Please bring your own undersheet, pillow and sleeping bag.

Q | What are the cooking facilities?
A | There is a two-ring hob and a small oven. Pans, crockery and cutlery are provided.

Q | Can I pitch a tent outside?
A | Unfortunately, there is not enough flat ground outside for a tent.

Q | Can I bring my pet?
A | Sorry, no pets allowed.
